Satire, Fiction, & Drama
I like people to think I'm a versatile guy. Actually, I'm just easily bored. But the point is, I dabble in different genres when I write. Satire, fiction, and drama are some of my favorites ... so naturally, they're also the worst-paying.
Satire
- Nebraskans Sue God
The first two paragraphs of this article are based on an actual news story. The rest aren't. - Wash Your Sins Away
Be the first in your church to make your conscience smell lemony-fresh! Unpublished.
Fiction
- The Resurrection According to Tom
Jesus' round trip to the graveyard has always been hard to believe—especially if your name is Thomas. - The Star Chamber
A king obsessed with justice. A peasant caught in a crime. An uncommon grace to change them both. Unpublished.
Drama
If you're into drama, what are you doing here?

- Shattered
Two adult siblings begin to sort through their mother's relics after she passes away. The task proves to be a bit harder than either one of them anticipated. (Ten-minute play.) - Crucifix
Matt is a prison chaplain, firm in his beliefs. Carl is a public defender and avowed agnostic. When a tragedy strikes both of their lives, will either man's faith survive the silence of God? (Note: Crucifix contains strong language and adult themes.) - Creation, Fall, and Redemption
These dramatic readings provide an unconventional look at three of the most important themes in Christian theology.
